Prescient AI
Executive Product Leadership
Prescient AI is reviving the trust between marketing spend and measurement for DTC brands. With their beginnings in music attribution research, Prescient set its sights on helping e-commerce brands better understand attribution in a “privacy-first” internet. Jimmy’s role at Prescient is to envision & deliver the next generation of tools that DTC brands will use to better understand attribution, while helping them to improve the efficacy of their digital advertising budget.

As the Director of Data, Jimmy drives product analytics initiatives and helps to educate all members of the team on improving data literacy. He uses data to help the team build beloved products while also driving the revenue efforts across the company.

As part of the Enterprise Data product team with Bloomberg, Jimmy led the engineering teams to develop an industry standard data discovery & delivery platform. Product ownership entails working across a large multi-disciplinary organization, and leading the execution of the product vision. His background in data science allowed Jimmy to connect well with technical customers looking to advance the development stack of their data ingestion and data wrangling efforts.
The Muse
Data Strategy
The Muse helps people navigate their career by creating career specific content, along with employer branding material to show people what it's like to work at a company even before applying.
During his time with The Muse, Jimmy developed the end-to-end data & analytics framework currently used at the company. Most prominently, he implemented a custom data collection system that helped the data & product teams obtain a 30,000x increase in ingestion of product-related data.
Jimmy grew the business intelligence team that served as a share resource to the leadership, sales, account management, marketing, product, and engineering teams. The use of analytics data helped to increase sales lead generation, improve client retention via machine learning, and deliver product insights and user personalization faster than ever.
Pearson School
Metrics Planning & Business Intelligence
Pearson's technology group developed their K-12 "learning resources, courseware, and services to improve education's effectiveness and inspire everyone to go further". Pearson hired Fino Consulting, where Jimmy got to lead one of the product analytics projects. A main goal around the resource development was measuring the efficacy of the content.
Jimmy's team developed custom metrics and measurements that reported on district level performance, down to the individual classroom level. After strategizing on metrics, the team, led by Jimmy, implemented the data collection, ETLs and aggregate data storage, and developed a prototype using D3.js. Jimmy and his team delivered a solution using Tableau's enterprise platform in order to scale the platform to all of Pearson's education partners.

Natural Language Processing & Data Sciences
UniqueIO.com provided hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds access to the largest global conference and tradeshow database. Jimmy was hired for his expertise in applied machine learning. Using unsupervised learning and clustering methods, Jimmy implemented a custom algorithm to match users portfolio and interests with conferences and events. Based in natural language processing, Jimmy created functions to rank likelihood of interest across conference speakers, presentation topics, and client positions. He then productized the solution into the platform to expose the personalization insights to the end user.
Flow Control, Inc.
Technology Consulting
Flow Control, Inc. represents leading valve and actuator manufacturers on the east coast, and has done so for over 30 years. Jimmy partnered with Flow Control's sales & marketing teams to operationalize some of their inbound lead generation through the development of simple software tools. Together, they rebranded the company's website, developed an SEO approach, and training the sales engineers on new tooling and workflows for lead management.
